The Young Family Program connected Chance (age 5) and his mom Nancy Lamarche with Partners In Health and the Family Council. Nancy says, “It’s been very rewarding to share the benefit of others’ experience and to be able to use the Council to help expand community awareness.”

| The Young Family Program serves children with a chronic illness or developmental disability; premature infants; children with no health care provider; or any parent with concerns or questions about parenting or child development. |

At the 15th Annual New Hampshire Breastfeeding Task Force Conference on Monday, June 7, Community Health & Hospice Young Family Program nurses, Anne Marie Mercuri, Kristen Awrich, and Joyce Porter were recognized for their contributions to the promotion, protection, and support of breastfeeding in the communities served by CH&H.
