We have the following positions available at this time:


  • Hospice & Palliative Care Program Manager: Salaried, full time Manager is responsible for overall management of a hospice and palliative care program.  With goals of quality patient care, a family supportive environment, appropriate resource utilization and financial soundness, the manager coordinates all aspects of hospice program.  Position provides a high level of visibility within the agency and local community.  Position requires daily collaboration with internal and community resources, supervision of an interdisciplinary team, strong knowledge of hospice policies and regulations, strong leadership and team building skills and knowledge of hospice financial parameters.  Qualifications include valid NH RN license, a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, sophisticated business and management skills and min. three years of hospice RN experience. Prefer min two years hospice management experience.  Successful applicants will be proficient in computer technology, self directed, a strategic thinker with exceptional problem solving skills and a personal commitment to the hospice concept.

  • Hospice & Palliative Care RN: Dynamic opportunity to be a part of our new palliative care program!  Work with community providers to identify needs for end of life care and ensure access to community resources.  Will provide public education on EOL options and actively market program to other healthcare organizations.  Requirements include knowledge and passion for hospice and palliative care, excellent communication skills,  exp. in building professional and community relationships as well as outstanding assessment and teaching skills.  Must have NH RN license, reliable transportation, excellent organizational skills and some computer skills. 

  • Physical Therapist:  Full time, part time and per diem positions providing evaluation and therapeutic procedures to central NH home care patients.  Provide PT assessment & teaching, working with clients, caregivers & health team personnel.  Qualifications include completion of a PT program approved by the APTA and a valid NH PT license.  Minimum one year of exp. in PT in an acute setting. Daily local travel requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.  Position(s) may develop into full-time.   • Occupational Therapist: 16-24 hours per week; could grow to f/t. Home care setting, working with a healthcare team, providing patient education to regain a level of independence. Min. 1 year exp. and NH professional license required; computer skills beneficial.

  • Registered Nurses!  Need extra cash for college-bound children?  

     We have positions open for part-time and per diem home care  & hospice RN’s.  Part-time positions have flexible hours, incentives and eligibility for benefits.

    RN’s (Will consider LPN’s) see one patient at a time; receive paid travel time & mileage reimbursement.   P/T and per diem positions, performing home nursing care, promoting client health and assisting clients in learning self-care techniques.  Must have excellent verbal/written skills, NH RN license and reliable transportation.   Area of coverage includes Belknap County.  We will work around your other job!
